Our Mission
We believe everyone deserves real English conversation practice, wherever they live and whatever they can afford. Classes are expensive, speaking partners are hard to find, and most apps teach words without ever letting you talk. EnglishMate gives you a tutor who is always available, never impatient and never embarrassed by your mistakes.
The app is free to start, the Vocabulary Playground on this website is free for everyone, and paid plans exist only to cover the cost of longer voice conversations. We build for Bangla speakers first, with meanings, explanations and the whole interface available in বাংলা.

Our Story
EnglishMate began with a simple observation: millions of people want to speak English but have nobody to practise with. Traditional apps focus on vocabulary lists and grammar drills, while speaking, the skill people need most, is left out.
So we built a conversation partner instead of a course. It listens, answers out loud, keeps the conversation going and corrects only what matters. Then we connected it to everything around a conversation: the words you meet, the mistakes you repeat and the reminders that bring you back.
EnglishMate is an independent product built in Bangladesh. We are at the beginning: the Vocabulary Playground is live, and the mobile app is in final testing before its launch on Google Play. We would rather show you an honest product than impressive numbers, so you will find no invented statistics or testimonials on this site.

Live Voice Conversation
Speak naturally and hear the tutor answer in a US or UK accent. You can interrupt at any time, and nothing you say is recorded.
Corrections That Teach
Important mistakes are corrected with a short explanation, and your recurring patterns become short drills you can practise.
Adapts to Your Level
Five levels from beginner to advanced. Vocabulary, sentence length and speed follow your level and your goal.
Words That Stick
Picture words with Bangla meanings, stories that use them, and spaced-repetition review that returns each word just before you forget it.
